How quickly will our photos be ready?

Photos are ready within one week of your media day. We understand that parents and athletes are excited to see their photos, so we prioritize quick turnaround without sacrificing quality. Digital downloads are available immediately after processing, and print orders ship directly to your home address.

Do you serve schools outside of Meridian?

Absolutely! We serve the entire Treasure Valley including Boise, Nampa, Eagle, Kuna, Caldwell, Star, and surrounding areas. If your team or league is within reasonable driving distance, we'd love to work with you. Contact us to discuss your specific location.

What's included in a media day?

One flat fee per athlete covers every edited digital image from the session: individual portraits, buddy photos, and team images. There are no packages to choose from and nothing extra to buy. We bring studio lighting to your gym or field and photograph the whole roster in one session. See our media day page for full details and pricing.

Question 4

How do you handle bad weather?

We monitor weather closely and will communicate with you in advance if conditions look unfavorable. For outdoor shoots, we have flexible rescheduling policies at no additional charge. We can also shoot in covered areas or indoor facilities when weather doesn't cooperate. Our goal is to ensure your athletes get great photos regardless of the forecast.

Can we customize backgrounds or include sponsors?

Yes! We can incorporate sponsor logos, team banners, or custom graphics into composite images and banners. For leagues or organizations with multiple teams, we can create consistent branding across all teams. Let us know what you have in mind and we'll make it happen.

Question 6

What if an athlete misses picture day?

Accepted Answer

We offer makeup sessions for athletes who miss the original media day. For team composites, we can often composite missing athletes into the team photo if they come in for an individual session (a deposit is often required). We do our best to ensure every athlete is included.

Question 7

How many players do I need on my team for you to come out and photograph?

Accepted Answer

Great question! For us to come on site, we look for rosters of about 20 athletes or more; that's what makes the full setup worth firing up at your field or gym. Rolling with just 6 or 7 players (see what we did there)? Smaller squads can still book with a session minimum, and on the big end we've covered 100+ teams at a single tournament. The only real requirement? Your athletes need to show up ready to play (full uniforms!). And if they throw in a 6-7 hand gesture for the team shot, that's just chef's kiss.
