Do you serve schools outside of Meridian?

Absolutely! We serve the entire Treasure Valley including Boise, Nampa, Eagle, Kuna, Caldwell, Star, and surrounding areas. If your team or league is within reasonable driving distance, we'd love to work with you. Contact us to discuss your specific location.

What's included in a media day package?

Our media day packages typically include individual portraits, team photos, and team composite images. Digital downloads are included, and parents can order prints, banners, and other products through our easy online ordering system. We'll work with your athletic director or coach to customize a package that fits your team's needs and budget.

Question 4

How do you handle bad weather?

We monitor weather closely and will communicate with you in advance if conditions look unfavorable. For outdoor shoots, we have flexible rescheduling policies at no additional charge. We can also shoot in covered areas or indoor facilities when weather doesn't cooperate. Our goal is to ensure your athletes get great photos regardless of the forecast.

Can we customize backgrounds or include sponsors?

Yes! We can incorporate sponsor logos, team banners, or custom graphics into composite images and banners. For leagues or organizations with multiple teams, we can create consistent branding across all teams. Let us know what you have in mind and we'll make it happen.

What if an athlete misses picture day?

We offer makeup sessions for athletes who miss the original media day. For team composites, we can often composite missing athletes into the team photo if they come in for an individual session. We do our best to ensure every athlete is included.

How many players do I need on my team for you to come out and photograph?

Great question! The answer is... drumroll... absolutely any number. Whether you're rolling with 6 or 7 players (see what we did there), a full roster of 25, or coordinating 100+ teams at a tournament, we've got you covered. We photograph everything from tiny squads to massive events. The only real requirement? Your athletes need to show up ready to play (full uniforms!). And if they throw in a 6-7 hand gesture for the team shot, that's just chef's kiss.
