One flat fee. Every photo. Zero upsells.
A media day is the pre-season session that gives every athlete on your roster the dramatic, magazine-style portraits you see on college and pro team social media. We bring professional studio lighting to your gym or field, photograph the whole team in one organized session, and deliver images athletes actually want to post.
Coaches and parents tell us the same thing: photo day usually means confusing package forms and photos nobody ordered. Our media days work differently — one flat fee covers every edited digital image of your athlete, including buddy photos and group images. No packages, no order forms, no upsells.

We coordinate with your coach or team manager to schedule media day around practice — most full rosters are photographed in a single session.
Your team gets its own signup page where athletes enter their info. A designated team organizer collects the $40 from each family and sends us one combined payment.
We bring studio lighting to your gym or field. Individual hype portraits, buddy photos, and team shots — an efficient flow that respects practice time.
Within about 5 days, every edited image arrives in a single shared drive sent to your team's point of contact to pass along to the roster. No packages to decode, nothing extra to buy.

One $40 fee per athlete covers every edited digital image of that athlete, including buddy photos and group images. There are no packages to choose from and nothing extra to buy. Media days have a 20-athlete minimum, and the team pays with one combined payment rather than athlete-by-athlete. Payment is due no later than the day of the session.
No catch. Some photographers charge $35 or more for a single digital image. With the flat fee, that same ballpark price covers every edited image from the whole session, not just one. The photos are the same polished, professional quality you'd get from a full-price shoot, and you walk away with a lot more of them. It works because I know exactly what I'm making going into the day, so I can offer a great rate and still deliver the same level of service and quality. Everybody wins.
No. We build one professionally lit scene and photograph every athlete in it, with multiple shots and poses per athlete. That shared setup is what makes the flat fee possible. If you want a dedicated lighting setup designed around each individual athlete, that's a custom shoot, contact us and we'll quote it.
No. There's no cost to the team, school, or booster club to book a media day. How the $40 per athlete actually gets covered varies by team. Most commonly, families pay directly and a single point of contact collects and sends us one payment. We've also seen clubs split it with families (say, the club covers half), clubs roll it into registration fees so photos feel like a bonus already paid for, or the club cover it entirely upfront. Whatever works for your organization is fine, just get us in touch with whoever's coordinating.
Yes on the low end: 20 athletes, though smaller groups can still book with an $800 minimum fee. On the high end, there's no real cap: 105 prepaid gymnasts in a single day is the largest flat-fee session we've done, and we can scale well beyond that with multiple photo stations for bigger leagues or tournaments. Payment for larger groups is handled the same flexible way described above, so just get in touch and we'll figure out what makes sense for your group's size.
The flat fee works at the team level, not across an entire organization at once. Take a basketball program with frosh, JV, and varsity squads: each squad opts in independently, regardless of what the others decide. What doesn't work is a partial team: five players from one roster can't do the flat fee while the rest sit out. It's the whole team on the flat fee, or that team uses our standard photo day instead. Everyone still gets photographed at no cost, galleries go online, and families only pay for what they love.
No. The $40 flat fee is exactly what we charge, and it needs to reach every family exactly as quoted. Marking it up devalues the deal for every other team paying the honest price, and turns what's meant to be an incredible deal into something less than incredible. If your team wants to fundraise, we're glad to help you build a separate print or product-based fundraiser instead, just ask.
Typically within 5 days of media day. Everything is delivered in a single shared drive sent to your team's point of contact, who passes it along to the whole roster, fast enough to use for season previews, senior nights, and social media graphics.
