Giant cutout heads of your players on weatherproof board, made from their media day portraits. The student section staple for basketball games, wrestling meets, and senior night. Photo and design included, which the online cutout shops never offer.

Who Pays? Whatever Works for Your Organization

We have seen every structure work. Pick the one that fits your team.

Families Pay Directly

The most common setup. A designated point of contact (team parent, booster treasurer) collects from each family and sends us one combined payment.

Booster Club Splits It

The club covers part (say, half) and families cover the rest. Photos feel like a team benefit without the club carrying the full cost.

Rolled Into Registration

The fee is built into registration, so photos arrive feeling like a bonus already paid for. Clubs can also cover it entirely upfront.

However it is structured, we collect one payment per team, due on or before photo day. Cash or check preferred; credit card adds the processing fee. And the price families see is always exactly what we charge: no fundraiser markups on our fees.

Coach & Booster Club FAQ

Nothing upfront. The $40 per athlete covers everything, and how it gets paid is up to your organization: families can pay directly through a designated point of contact, the booster club can split it with families, it can be rolled into registration fees, or the club can cover it entirely. We collect one combined payment per team, due on or before photo day.

Yes, and most teams do. A common combo is a media day for the whole roster, senior banners for the graduating class, and player yard signs from the booster club. Since we already have every athlete photographed at the media day, everything downstream (banners, signs, big heads, prints) uses those photos with no extra session needed.

We do. Banners, yard signs, and big heads all include design in the price, built from your team's colors and logos, with a proof before anything prints. You never need to supply print-ready artwork, though we are happy to work from yours if you have it.

Media day galleries are delivered as one shared drive to your team's point of contact within about a week. Yard signs print on a weekly batch schedule (orders in by Sunday night print Monday), with a rush option that prints the next business day. Banners and panoramic prints are quoted per order, and we have turned a banner around in five days when a team needed it.

Media days have a 20-athlete minimum, though smaller groups can still book with an $800 minimum fee. Team banners have a $199 minimum. Yard signs and panoramic prints have no minimum, and both get cheaper in bulk: team sign sets get bulk pricing, and panoramic prints drop from $40 to $25 each at 10 or more.
